Overview:
Having long ago abandoned the Temple of the Serpent, the Goddess of War,
Orinn, decided she needed a new place of worship.  The dragoness flew out 
over Antrippa, into the deep southern desert, finally landing in nearly
the center of it.  It seemed as good a spot as any, she smiled and nodded
to herself, yes, here would do.
 
She took flight once more and below her, out of the desert sands, rose a
single spire of stone.  It grew until it become a mighty mountain, an
island in a sea of sand.
 
Orinn spoke out to the lands. 'So is born the DragonMount, home of the
Citadel of War.'
