Overview:
Deep in the Sea of Winds there exists a place of elemental power. To the 
unobservant, the ocean appears normal, even boring. The water is made 
cerulean by the sun and sand, its crystal clarity revealing an underwater 
ecosystem. 
 
High above the ocean, a bazaar has been built in the clouds. The bazaar has 
something to tempt everyone and is guarded at all times by warriors of the 
Jaan. Those who seek to visit the City of Winds, the Skyzaar, will find 
passage on the Mercer fleet of Skyships to be smooth and pleasant.
