Overview:
Located just outside the eastern gates of New Lensmoor the Vigilantes Keep 
serves as both training camp and barracks for the New Lensmoor city guard. 
Although the Vigilantes is mostly known as the city guard they have also 
been protecting the eastern trade routes of late.
