Overview:
Hidden in a remote location, this secluded city has been built among 
towering trees. Brought together by frustration, grief, and hope, Volarians 
founded the city as a peaceful alternative to the violence, death, and 
destruction that pervades Lensmoor. The citizens of Volari work very hard 
to keep the city running smoothly - and secretly.
