Overview:
The tower located in the northeastern part of Tome was once built as the 
home for one of Tome's four founders. The tower is currently inhabited by 
Onthar Diere, an evil sorcerer allied with Rakash Grimo. Together they are 
plotting to take over the two southern towers and the complete control of 
the city.
