Before the discovery of Antrippa, and before the warring and dividing of
the heavens, the Empire of Algol and its High Council ruled the realms. As
do any who feel oppressed, its citizens called upon the Lightdwellers, who
aided them in their uprising and the ultimate destruction of Algol. A few
warriors remained, and re-organized themselves into a defined Order,
focused on returning the Darkness to its rightful place as rulers of the
Known World.
The Order stops at nothing to return Darkness to power, and their efforts
have not been fruitless. With the repatriation of their wealth came the
secret and slow rebuilding of their City, but this time in the caldera of a
solitary mountain.
On an out of character note The Algolians are not currently accepting
applications to join, this policy will remain in place until such time as
other clans grow in size and strength to adequately challenge us. The best
way to gain entry during this time is to impress us by building a strong
character, banding together with other strong characters, and kill a few of
us.
It should also be noted that any posts directed to us should be sent to
Algolians we will NOT see anything sent to Algol, Algols, Algolian, or
anything but Algolians.
